The room had good space for a double room. Nice layout with decent amenities made for a comfortable stay.

The lift is small and a bit inconvenient, especially lugging bags to the 4th floor. Maintenance issues like a broken light fixture and curtains marred the experience, and a faulty bathroom latch locked out a guest overnight, requiring a locksmith. The building is surrounded by scaffolding, blocking daylight and creating a gloomy atmosphere.

Enjoyed three nights here in a fantastic location! Walked to all major attractions effortlessly. The room was gorgeous, tastefully decorated for our honeymoon, with an incredible view of a beautiful church. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the owners were welcoming and always available to assist us.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Spanish Steps with cozy accommodations and clean living areas. The staff made the experience better with their warmth and hospitality. A few more towels during my stay would have been appreciated, but overall, it was a delightful place to explore Rome!

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect, close to the Colosseum and Vatican. The apartment was cozy for our group, and we loved the local eateries. Definitely enjoyed our coffee in the lobby area every morning. Perfect base for exploring!
